Avoid Outdoor Activities: Avoid outdoor activities, especially in the morning and in the evening as the level of smog is usually higher.

Use Masks: Wear N95 masks or other masks that can filter fine particles in the air.

Remain Indoors: Doors and windows may be closed to prevent smog from coming into indoor areas. Use Air purifiers (if available in the location).

Drink plenty of water: Water flushes out toxins from the body, and keeps the respiratory tract moist.

Limit Physical Activity: Reduce all vigorous physical activity that may cause vigorous and rapid breathing which increases the inhalation of poor air quality pollutants.

The Long-Term Plans by the Government to Tackle Smog
