The programme is specifically focused on the needy, especially pauperized, orphaned, disabled people and the daughters of the disabled.

It helps the families not to deter from celebrating their loved one's special day with honor because of the financial burden of the wedding.

Who Can Apply Dhee Rani Programme?

The following requirements have to be fulfilled to apply for the scheme:

The bride must be between 18 and 40 years old and must not be married.

The applicant should be a resident of Punjab.

This preference will be to those families that are under financial stress, which also includes orphans and people with disabilities.
